How we’re set up to do work in your home.
Insurance
RL Remodeling carries general liability insurance and, where required, workers’ compensation. Proof of insurance is available on request — call (708) 244-6132 or email [email protected] and we’ll send a current Certificate of Insurance (COI) before any work begins.
Licensing
Illinois does not require a state-wide general contractor license. We register with each municipality where we perform work, as required. If your suburb requires a contractor registration or permit pull, we handle the paperwork — that’s part of every project.
Permits
We pull all permits required for your project under your municipality’s code. Permit fees are itemized in your written proposal so there are no surprises.
